Week 5: Exploring Pleasure
Question 1:
What brings me pleasure, both sexually and non-sexually?
How can I incorporate more of this into my life?
Question 2:
How can mindfulness and presence in the moment enhance my experience of pleasure?
In what ways can I practice being more present during pleasurable experiences, both sexual and non-sexual?
Question 3
How can I celebrate and acknowledge moments of pleasure in my daily life?
What rituals or practices can I establish to regularly reflect on and appreciate the pleasurable experiences I have?
Week 4: Intimacy and Connection
Question 1:
What does intimacy mean to me, how do I express it, and how do I experience it romantically and platonically?
How do different types of intimacy (emotional, physical, intellectual) manifest in my relationships?
Question 2:
How do I feel and what fears do I have about vulnerability and trust when it comes to sexual intimacy?
How do I differentiate between healthy vulnerability and feeling exposed or unsafe in intimate situations?
Question 3:
How do my attachment styles influence my experiences of intimacy and connection?
Can I identify my attachment style, and how does it affect my relationships with others?
Week 3: Body Positivity and Self-Love

How do I feel about my body in the context of my self-worth?
What messages growing up did I receive that shaped that?

How does my relationship with my body affect my sexual experiences and confidence
How can I cultivate a more positive body image to improve my sexual confidence and intimacy?
Question 3:
How do I practice self-compassion in relation to my body?
How can I reframe critical thoughts into more compassionate narratives?
Week 2: Desires and Boundaries
Question 1:
What are my current desires and fantasies?
Am I comfortable expressing them?
Do they reflect my core values and beliefs?
Question 2:
What boundaries do I feel are important for my life experiences?
Am I able to uphold them and do they protect my internal and external wellbeing?
Question 3:
What role does trust and vulnerability play in expressing my desires and maintaining my boundaries?
Week 1: Understanding Identity
